The programme of St. Petersburg Seasons Festival of Culture of SPILF 2025 published

Guests and participants of the 13th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum will be treated not only to a rich business agenda, but also to an extensive programme of the St. Petersburg Seasons Festival of Culture.

The Festival of Culture, traditionally held as part of the Forum, will open access to the best museums, exhibitions and architectural monuments of St. Petersburg. This year, participants will be able to visit the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, St. Isaac’s Cathedral State Museum, the State Memorial Museum of the Defence and Siege of Leningrad, and the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg. This is just a part of the programme – all events are available on the official website of the Forum.

“St. Petersburg is a city with a unique cultural heritage, and our task is to give Forum participants the opportunity to touch its rich history and art. The Festival of Culture programme of SPILF 2025 is an integral part of the forum and an exciting addition to the business agenda,” said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPILF Organizing Committee.

One of the key events of the Festival of Culture will be the Gala Reception on behalf of the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Konstantin Chuichenko and the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov. The event will take place on 20 May and will bring together Forum participants in an informal and solemn atmosphere. Access by invitation.

The St. Petersburg Seasons programme will also be available to participants of the Youth Legal Forum.

The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Russian Ministry of Justice.
