Russian jurisdiction bolstering its influence in emerging multipolar world

The St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF 2025) will once
again become the centre of international legal dialogue on 19–21 May 2025,
confirming its status as one of the key events on the global legal agenda.
The Forum will address a wide range of topical legal issues: from the
development of national legislation and digitalization to international
cooperation, dispute resolution, improving the efficiency of public
administration, and strengthening legal awareness.
“The participation of ministers of justice,
prosecutors general, chairmen of supreme and constitutional courts, as well as
delegates from more than 82 countries in the Forum as it stands today shows how
highly regarded the SPILF is internationally and reflects the international
community’s steady trust in the approaches that Russia is taking in matters
concerning legal regulation and compliance with international legal norms. There
will be a total of around 4,000 participants, which confirms the Forum’s importance
as a key platform for global legal dialogue,” Adviser to the Russian President and Executive
Secretary of the SPILF Organizing Committee Anton Kobyakov said.
The Forum is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Russian
Ministry of Justice.
