Today, issues surrounding the protection of personal and confidential data are more important than ever before. And while IT and security systems continue to be developed, the number of cybercrimes is growing in tandem. How is cooperation between nations in efforts to counter cybercrime legally regulated around the world? What role do international organizations play in efforts to counter cybercrime? How can universal terminology in information and communications technology (and ICT security) help the international community prevent cybercrime?
