The price indicated is for one person only. The price will increase on 1 March 2025 to RUB 280,000 / EUR 3,156 / USD 3,420 for the "Participant" package and RUB 150,000 / EUR 1,692 / USD 1,836 for the "One Day Participant" package. No discounts are offered for participation in the Forum.

Registration quotas

In order to maintain a high level of attendance at the Forum and encourage participation from a broad range of organizations and companies, the organizers have put the following restrictions in place:
Four participant packages

If the delegation is led by the head of a company (CEO/general or managing director, chair of the management board or board of directors), the company may apply for up to four participant packages.

The Participant package fee is to be paid for each representative attending the event.

Three participant packages

If the delegation is led by somebody other than the head of a company, the company may apply for up to three participant packages.

The Participant package fee is to be paid for each representative attending the event.

Please note that if the quota for participants from a given company is exceeded, the participation fee for the first additional participant will be 20% above the package price. The participation fee for each subsequent participant will increase by 50% of the package price.

How to participate in SPILF 2025?

1. Submit an application to participate

If you wish to take part in the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2025, please sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the Roscongress Foundation website (roscongress.org/en).

If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can apply to participate in the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2025 in the ‘Upcoming’ section of your personal account. The details from your account profile will be added to your application automatically.

If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery function on the Roscongress personal account login page or contact us by email: weboffice@roscongress.org.

Event selection and participation packages are available after you fill out your personal information.

Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your login and password for your Roscongress personal account.

If you did not select an event when registering for your Roscongress personal account, you need to log in and fill in the application form for participation in the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2025 in the ‘Upcoming’ section.

2. Receive an invitation to the Forum
  • Your application will be reviewed by the Forum Organizing Committee. The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
  • To participate in the Legal Forum, you must be in receipt of a written invitation issued by the Forum organizers. The Forum organizers reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.
3. Confirm your attendance

Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2025 – Event dashboard’ section of your account.

If you do not intend to attend the Forum, please inform the organizers through your personal account.

How do I decline to participate in the Forum?

If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

How the participant can be substituted?

A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Forum Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

4. Pay the participation fee

To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign an agreement or issue an invoice agreement, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.

5. Pick up your badge

An accreditation badge is required to enter the Forum venue. 

To collect your badge, you must:

  1. Confirm participation in the Forum
  2. Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport
  3. Upload a required photo for your badge

    Photo requirements:

    • Colour photo against a light background
    • Photo size – 480 × 640 pixels
    • Photo format – JPG or JPEG
    • Full-face photo with no headgear
    • Your face must take up at least 70% of the photo

  4. Upload a scanned copy of your passport (pages 2 and 3).

    Please make sure that the scanned copy is legible and contains complete information about the data you gave when registering, including the series and number of the document, the issuing date, the issuing authority, and a photo.

  5. Participation fee is paid
