Rosseti Group is one of the world's largest power grid holdings and a supplier of electricity to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. Rosseti operates 2.56 mn km of power transmission lines and electrical substations with a total capacity of 876 GVA. The grids of Rosseti Group transmit over 80% of all electrical power generated in the country.

The Group has 45 subsidiaries, including 19 distribution network companies. Rosseti headcount is about 235,000 people.

The controlling shareholder of the parent company, Rosseti PJSC, is the Government represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.

Born June 12th, 1980.

In 2002, graduated with honors from the Mechanical and Mathematical Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

In 2004, got the degree of candidate of economic sciences at the Institute of Market Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Between 2002 and 2011, held various executive positions in leading Russian investment and industrial companies.

In 2011, became first deputy director general of United Electric Power Company JSC. In 2013, was appointed director general of United Electric Power Company JSC.

Between 2014 and 2016, was engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

Between 2016 and 2017, was member of the board of Mosenergo JSC.

Between 2018 and 2021, was director general of Rosseti Lenenergo PJSC (ex. Lenenergo PJSC).

Between February 2021 and January 2023, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Rosseti PJSC.

Since September 2022, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Federal Grid Company Rosseti Public Joint Stock Company.

Awarded second-class medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", certificates of honor and gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of Russia and other departmental, industry and corporate awards.
