Rosseti Group is one of the world's largest power grid holdings and a supplier of electricity to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. Rosseti operates 2.5 m. km of power transmission lines and electrical substations with a total capacity of 877 GVA. The grids of Rosseti Group transmit over 80% of all electrical power generated in the country. The Group has 45 subsidiaries, including 19 distribution network companies. Rosseti headcount is about 235,000 people. The controlling shareholder of the parent company, Rosseti PJSC, is the Government represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
