Konstantin Maer was born on September 9, 1984.
He is a graduate of the Ural State University after Maxim Gorky (now after B.N. Yeltsin UFU), Journalism faculty and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, “State and Municipal Management” faculty.
Konstantin Maer founded MAER in 2003. Today, MAER Media Holding is a large federal operator of image advertising, with a network of display walls and supersites in Moscow, the Moscow region and key regions of the country.
He is a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Co-Chairman of the Commission on Media Industry and Information and Advertising Entrepreneurship
Konstantin Maer is a three-time winner of the "Media Manager of Russia" award. He was awarded a Certificate of Gratitude by the President of the Russian Federation "For his great contribution to the preparation and holding of socially significant events".
He is one of the "Top 1000 Russian Managers" in Kommersant's rating.
