Registration of media representatives and blogosphere
for the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum
will be open
from 15 April 2025 to 1 May 2025
1. In order to be accredited you must:
Complete a registration application on the official the Forum website.
Please complete all fields on the registration form. Please make sure that your personal information has been entered correctly: the information you provide will be printed on your badge.
Please pay special attention to the badge photograph requirements:
- colour photograph in jpeg format;
- 3×4 proportions;
- resolution of at least 480×640;
- the image must be a frontal view of the face, without any headgear;
- the face must take up at least 70% of the photograph.
As of January 1, 2025, changes in the processing and protection of personal data have come into effect in the Russian Federation. Personal data for the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum is processed with the subject's consent in accordance with the requirements of Article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ. In compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, media and blogosphere representatives must register independently (one application per participant) and provide consent for the processing of their personal data before submitting the application form. It is not possible to register multiple participants in a single application.
Information about the status of your accreditation request, as well as additional information, will be sent to the contact email address you provided during registration.
Applications are accepted from blogosphere representatives who have the ‘Verified Account’ status in the Forum accreditation system. Blogosphere representatives whose audience size exceeds 10,000 users (in accordance with clause 13, Part 1, Article 10.6 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies, and the Protection of Information”) must provide an excerpt on registration with the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) in their cover letter (link to Gosuslugi with confirmation).
2. Issuing accreditation badges for media representatives and bloggers
- Once their registration application is approved by the organizing committee, media representatives and bloggers will receive an accreditation badge.
- Accreditation badges are issued at a number of accreditation points in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Information about accreditation point locations and operating hours is published on the official SPILF website.
- Accreditation badges may only be issued under the following conditions:
- There is a record of a confirmed accreditation in the SPILF database
- Written consent to processing personal data has been provided
- A valid passport is provided at the accreditation point (all passport information must match the information provided on the application form)
- In case of obtaining an accreditation badge by proxy, it is necessary to provide a power of attorney, as well as a copy of the passport
- Representatives of the blogosphere should have a verified account in the Roscongress Foundation system
- Representatives of the blogosphere with an audience exceeding 10,000 subscribers should provide an extract confirming registration with Roskomnadzor
- The badge is issued to a specific individual and is not transferable during SPILF. The badge must be clearly displayed at all times while at the SPILF venue.
- No other accreditation cards are valid for access to the SPILF venue.
- In the event that the accreditation badge is lost, stolen, or damaged, media representatives and bloggers must immediately notify staff at an information stand. Lost badges will be blocked. A duplicate badge will then be issued upon written application.
Forum will adhere to all COVID-19 safety requirements and recommendations set out by the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).
The St. Petersburg International Legal Forum Organizing Committee reserves the right to set the number representatives of the media and blogosphere based on sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
Applications without a covering letter will not be considered.
