The Roscongress mobile app is an information, communication, and service platform for participants of all events organized by the Foundation. 

The mobile app will be available for downloading in the App Store and Google Play (search term: roscongress) closer to the Forum dates

The Forum's events are broadcast on TV screens at the venue. 

Online broadcasts of the business programme events will be available:

• in the Programme section
• on the event page of the Roscongress Foundation website
• on the Roscongress mobile app.

The broadcast archive will be available on the Forums website and on the Roscongress Foundation website roscongress.org in each user’s Roscongress personal account after the event.

The Roscongress Foundation provides photography for all business, cultural, sports and entertainment programme events at SPILF, as well as at other events organized by the Foundation. 

Photographs are published in the Roscongress photo bank in real-time. Images can be displayed by event and date to facilitate browsing. The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included.

Access to the legalforum2025 network is provided in accordance with the instructions on the authorization page, which appears when connecting to the network.

At the events of the Forum's business program simultaneous interpretation will be available between Russian and English. 

Interpretation receivers will be distributed at the entrance to the event halls.

In the Congress Hall, interpretation receivers are located in the pockets of the seats in front.

At information and services points, participants can obtain information on the business, cultural programme, available services, directions around the venue, and other sites. 

The information and services points also provide an opportunity to:

• Copy and print documents
• Distribution of informational material about SPILF 2025
• Record information to electronic media
• Charge mobile devices
• Learn about things lost and found at the venue
• Carry out a business trip registration

Participants can book photography and video recording of events at the Forum venue.

Coffee break areas with free catering services will be organized at the Forum, as well as several restaurants that will operate on a paid basis.

Participants may reserve specially designated spaces at the Forum venue to hold press events, book protocol and organizational support services for agreement signing ceremonies and press conferences are also available.

Please note that these services are paid for separately, and are subject to availability at the time of request.

Participants of the Legal Forum 2025 can book rooms in St. Petersburg hotels at special rates.

On the days of SPILF, free regular shuttle buses will run for participants and media representatives between the Forum venue and the following locations: 

• Accreditation Centre 1
• The transport hub near Moskovskaya metro station

Participants of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2025 can rent an accredited chauffeur-driven car.

The SME Cooperation B2B service is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized businesses. The platform brings together Russian and foreign companies to develop business and industrial cooperation, attract investment, and exchange technologies. 

The service is free and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.

Forum participants can schedule and arrange business meetings via the Calendar section of their Roscongress personal account or the Roscongress mobile app.

Meetings may take place either at the Forum venue or at an alternative location.

To schedule a meeting, go to the Calendar section, add a new event, select Meeting as the event type, specify the time and location, and choose the Forum participants you wish to meet from the list. This list includes only those participants who consented to share their information during registration.

Incoming meeting invitations appear in the Notification Centre and in the Business Networking Platform section.
