In the wake of sanctions, what legislative amendments were made to simplify the redomiciliation procedure, reduce regulatory pressure on businesses, and provide participants in relevant legal relations with new opportunities to develop holding entities? What problems do SAR participants currently face with regards to law enforcement? What further steps can be taken to develop regulation in the field of redomiciliation, and to develop corporate practices in general in Russia?
