Reputation is a strategic asset that is formed through consistent and targeted communications work. Historically, lawyers have played a key role in shaping and protecting the reputation of both their clients and the state as a whole, since they understand that a country’s image has a direct impact on international relations and domestic political stability. Today, in addition to fulfilling their normal professional duties, lawyers not only defend the interests of their clients, but are also key managers of their reputations, including the state’s reputation. They take part in shaping public opinion, influence the perception of politics, and can prevent or minimize reputational risks at the state level. With all the current global crises and uncertainty, lawyers continue to manage people’s reputations, which requires them to be proactive, take into account the digital component of communications and strategic thinking, and develop anti-crisis communications. How do lawyers influence public communications today? Can they handle communication crises without PR specialists and how can they build strategic communications to effectively shape the reputation of both clients and Russia as a whole in the new multipolar world?

Date of birth: December 17, 1976. In 1999, he graduated with honor from Saint-Petersburg State University, Law Faculty, with a specialization in "Jurisprudence". In 2003, he underwent professional training in the International Institute of Banking with a specialization in "Finance and Credit". Candidate of Juridical Science. He has written more than 10 academic and research articles and publications. In 2013, he published a monograph in bank crediting problems. From 1999 until 2001, he had been working in prosecution authorities as a Deputy Prosecutor in Vyborg District of Saint-Petersburg, later – a Prosecutor of – Department of Lawfulness Observance Supervision at Hearing of Civil Cases by Courts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad region. From 2001 to 2005, he had been working in commercial organizations. At the Federal Agency for State Property Management, he has been holding a position of the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management from March 2005 until August 2009. In August 2009, he was appointed to a position of the Head of Scientific Organizations Property Management. From December 2010 until March 2014 – a Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Since March 28, 2014 – Director of Federal and Regional Programs of PJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel". Pursuant to the order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 20, 2016 No. 732-р, Dmitry Vladimirovich Pristanskov was appointed to a position
of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation – Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was decorated with a second-class Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.

Tatyana Sizova

Mineeva Tatiana Vadimovna graduated from Astrakhan State Technical University in 2004, PhD in economics.
2005-2012 - worked in the Government of the Astrakhan region.
2012 - 2013 – Head of a program at ANO «Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects».
2013 - 2019 - Vice President of the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia". In December 2017, she was appointed Head of the Executive committee of the Moscow regional branch of Business Russia.
Since 2019 – the Business ombudsman of the city of Moscow in the Government of Moscow.
In her work as an Ombudsman, she built almost from scratch the infrastructure for the protection of business rights in Moscow – more than 500 businessmen, experts and lawyers were involved on a voluntary basis, 24 public reception offices were opened throughout the capital. Thus, for the first time in Russia, it was formed the integrated community of public businessmen structures called - the Ecosystem of the Business ombudsman of the city of Moscow.
In 2020, 140 victories were achieved in restoring the rights of entrepreneurs, 77 legislative initiatives of the business support for the period of COVID-19 pandemic and 13 system business environment legislative initiatives were implemented. As a result of the work, the second part of the book "How to be friends with the state?" was written and published.
