Young Lawyers Starting Their Careers in Public Service
Congress Centre, conference hall B4 (2nd floor)
Russia currently has various business segments and a wide choice of professions for young professionals with a legal education. It is important to examine what opportunities are available for young lawyers in the civil service and what projects exist to support young people seeking professional development in this regard. What methods are used to attract young specialists, including traditional targeted recruitment and new programmes? What is the outlook for realizing the potential of young people in matters concerning justice and how can intensifying the role of the youth legal community help to create a legal culture and enhance the prestige of the legal profession?
