Mind Sports Lounge: more than 300 participants over two days, prominent professionals, and Roscongress Cups.

More than 300 people took part in the activities of the Mind Sports Lounge during the first two days of the 11th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF).

Vyacheslav Zaitsev, first deputy head of justice of the Chelyabinsk Region government, won the Roscongress Chess Cup among SPILF participants.

Alexei Lugovoy, a two-time winner of Russian team chess championships, held a simultaneous game session with 15 Forum participants. The grandmaster won all the games and singled out three of his rivals: Roscongress Cup winner Vyacheslav Zaytsev, who celebrated his birthday on 12 May, Ivan Grigoryev, head of the forensic examination department of the Avers Group, and Dmitry Voyevalko, a student at St. Petersburg University.

Andrei Napreyenkov, the European champion among veterans and the author of 23 books about checkers, held a session of simultaneous checkers and a series of master classes.

Natalya Salnikova, a managing partner at Salnikova & Partners Bar Association, won the Roscongress Go Cup.

The final day of the SPILF 2023 will feature a checkers tournament and a session of a simultaneous game of Go.

The sports programme of the SPILF 2023 was organized by RC Sport, the sports platform of the Roscongress Foundation, with the support of the St. Petersburg Sports Chess Federation and the Zvezda Go Centre.
