SPILF 2024 features live performance by Chinese national music and dance groups
Representatives of the Chinese delegation at the St.
Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF) gave the participants the gift of
traditional songs and dances.
The audience was particularly drawn to a performance
on the guzheng, an ancient Chinese instrument. Another popular performance was
the Shin Chan Dance, which dates back to the palace music of the Tang Dynasty.
According to historical sources, Emperor Li Shimin,
after triumphantly returning to his hometown, was inspired to write ten poems,
for which court musician Lu Cai provided the music. He interpreted the
political and military achievements of the dynasty.
The Forum is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation
with the support of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
